Store :
-Account: If you set up an account and sign in each time
you visit, the store retains your bill to and ship to information.
-Search: Allows you to Search by keywords for specific items
in the store.
-Product List: A list of all the products in our Store.
-Basket Contents: Allows you to view your basket, add additional
quantities or remove them.
-Checkout: Finalize your purchase.
-Categories: Product categories are listed in the left hand
column. Please contact
us if you cannot find what you are looking for.
Custom Orders:
Custom merchandise, or merchandise we do not normally stock, require a
special order and are subject to a 50% deposit. This deposit will only
be refunded if the manufacturer can not supply the merchandise. We are
happy to order items that we do not stock, however, such items are final
sale and non-returnable.
Shipping:
Most orders are filled
and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Some items may be temporarily
out of stock. We will ship these items ASAP at no additional shipping
charge. We will email you if there is to be any delay on your order. We
ship via UPS.
Returns/Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with our products. The items we choose are proven
best sellers in our retail store. If an item does not meet your satisfaction
or is defective, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date
of your order, call us at 845/986-7616 to obtain a Return Authorization
(RA) number and instructions. Victorian Treasures does not accept returns
without a valid RA number.
Each item returned must be in its original new, unused, undamaged condition
with its original packaging, packing slip, manufacturer labels, information
cards or booklets, certificates, and accessories. Wrap all items securely,
using great care and additional padding for fragile items, and place them
into one or more additional cartons.
Write the RA number and reason for return, and specify “Refund” or “Replacement”
on the back of the original packing slip or on a copy of it. If a packing
slip is not available, please write the original order number, RA number,
and your name and address information on a separate piece of paper. Enclose
either of these information sheets with the item to be returned.
Securely seal the outer carton and label it with your RA number and the
shipping address listed on the packing slip. For your protection, please
ship prepaid and insured for full value, by either UPS or Federal Express.

Damage in Transit:
Although we pack every item as carefully as possible, occassionally an
item may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing
material and notify us within 10 days of receipt.
